Features

  • Efficient Blade Control

The Climber 9.18 features an electric blade engagement button near the steering wheel and a lever for adjusting cutting height from 30 to 90 mm. This lever also lifts the cutting apparatus off the ground to stop blade rotation, making it easy to navigate kerbs and obstacles. The self-adjusting deck belt and parallel cutter deck ensure consistent cutting quality over time.

  • Compact and Reliable Design

The Climber 9.18 combines a compact, sturdy design with maximum safety and comfort. Rigorously tested for reliability, it includes a roll bar, tow hitch, and hour counter as standard. Optional features include a Mulching Kit for nutrient-rich soil and a 125 cm swiveling snow blade for clearing driveways and squares.

  • Exceptional Grip and Safety

The Climber 9.18’s tilting front axle and sculpted wheels ensure reliable grip on uneven, low-grip terrain. It climbs steep slopes with ease and safety, and standard foot-operated drum brakes, combined with a differential lock, enhance control and safety on downhill slopes.

  • Unmatched Operator Comfort

The Climber 9.18 offers exceptional comfort with an adjustable footboard and smooth advance lever and steering. Its sprung, longitudinally adjustable seat with armrests ensures maximum safety and reduces fatigue, making extended use effortless.

  • Superior Maneuverability and Power

With a tight 38 cm turning radius and low ground clearance, the Climber 9.18 excels in tight spaces and under trees. Its 15.2 HP engine, robust frame, and reliable transmission ensure high performance, while anti-puncture treated front wheels make it suitable for the harshest environments.

The Climber 9.18 is built with high-quality components in Italy, using top materials and advanced technology for consistent, controlled quality. Its double-layer electrostatic powder coating process ensures durability and a glossy finish. Each machine is meticulously assembled and rigorously tested to ensure top performance and reliability.

  • Durable Single-Blade Cutter

The Climber 9.18’s 91 cm single-blade cutter deck withstands stone impacts and features a large-diameter blade shaft for reliable performance. The special steel blade has reversible, low-impact knives and retracts on impact, with protective side doors for easy maintenance and cleaning.

  • Compact and Stable Design

The Climber 9.18’s compact design, low centre of gravity, and optimal weight distribution ensure maximum stability and safety on steep slopes. Its low-positioned seat, vertical engine, and strategically placed components contribute to exceptional stability in all working conditions.

  • Powerful and Efficient Engine

The Climber 9.18 is powered by a 656 cc Briggs & Stratton EXi INTEK 7160 petrol engine with a 7-litre fuel tank and electric start. This two-cylinder engine ensures reliability, low emissions, and minimal vibrations. The "Grillo Super Silent" muffler offers excellent noise reduction and low exhaust resistance, with an easily accessible air filter for quick cleaning.

  • Advanced Hydrostatic Transmission

The Climber 9.18 features a hydrostatic transmission with a differential gearbox and foot pedal lock, complemented by a cooling fan and copper coil for optimal oil cooling. A charge pump ensures peak performance in extreme conditions, while the hydrostatic unit’s positioning beside the engine keeps operating temperatures lower by preventing hot air from affecting the drive.
